Agua Primavera / Spring Juice

Amazing and fresh drink (like a sweet drinkable salad), perfect for the summer and for the healthy choices and vegetable lovers.

Step 1: Boil & grate The Beets

Boil & grate The Beets
  • 1 medium beet
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 2 limes (juice of)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • sugar (to taste)

Wash and boil the Beets for 10 minutes, let them cool down and remove the skin. Save the water in which you boiled the beets for later. Then grate the beets and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the rest of ingredients

Prepare the rest of ingredients

Peel the Carrots, Apples, Oranges and Bananas.

Grate the Carrots.
Chop the pecans in small size.
Chop the Apples in small squares.
Cut the oranges in equal sizes.
Cut the Roman Lettuce in small strips.
Cut the banana in round medium slices.

Mix Everything in a 2 Liter Jar and add the beets and risings.

Extract the juice of the 2 limes.

Add the water were you boiled the Beets. Then add more water to complete 2 litters.

Finally ad the lime juice and as many sugar as you like.

Fold everything together and save on the fridge for one our.

The flavors of all the vegetables and fruits will mix together in the water, this takes time but will result in an amazing and fresh beverage.

Step 3: Serve

Serve

Serve Cold and in a glass, you can add more lime or Honey instead of sugar to make it ore sweet.

Notes

Keeps up to one week. You can add more lime if like, also you can add more water, sugar and lime wen the juice goes low, just let rest for a little bit and you will have more juice.

You can also make a cocktail with it by adding Vodka.
