Heat and oil the pan properly to control the cooking process. The temperature should be med to med-high. Heat until pan is hot, but not to burn the pan. |

Add the ingredients to the pan and add water to deglaze the gravy. You can add cold butter for flavor. |
|
|
Let the gravy simmer until done and let cool for serving. |
