Oh How Good!

These were so nice, we had these for dinner. We just added more spinach and made it into a meal. The sweetness of the sauce with the scallops and the spinach was really good. Will definitely make these again.

Love this dish...

We made this last night for a dinner party and it was so good. I actually got one of my guests to make it. He watched the video, printed out the recipe and then made it in about 10 minutes. It was fun to get my guests involved, it helped me out and he learned a new dish. Super fun, thanks.

Great with Chicken and Tofu

I have substituted the prawns with chicken and tofu and they are both great. This dish is now a staple in our house. I can have it on the table in under 30 minutes. Yum...Yum!

Surprisingly Good!

I wasn't sure I would like this, but it is really good. It makes quite a bit but that's okay cause it's so yummy. I did the salad bar tip and my kids loved it.

What a great way to eat corn!

We had this last night for dinner it was so yummy. We bought a whole bunch of corn on the weekend and I was wondering what I was going to do with it all.

I will make this again, for sure! Hopefully next time I will end up with some leftovers.

Crab cakes are great.

I have made these a few times and everyone really likes them.
I like the simplicity of the crab but the chipotle sauce sounds nice.

Vegetable stock works great

I made this a long time ago and it was really good. I didn't actually have any chicken stock so I had to use veggie. My family thought it was delicious.

Easy with great Flavor

I made this will I cleaned the house. What a great smell, certainly better than any cleaner.

not bad

i think the vanilla was missing in the ingredients , so i just added 2 teaspoons. i could only find 14oz can of pumpkin puree, so they were a bit dry. cookies are still cookies though, so thanks.

Interesting

We found this to be good, but it was not our favorite. The sweet lychees with the duck and tomatoes was just not our thing, but then again we don't like lychees at the best of times.
