I've noticed that in this (and other) quizes, some of the videos and jpeg images are named things like "tentinggood" and "tentingbad". You should be aware that certain web browsers (i.e. Internet Explorer) show these names in tool tips when you mouse over the content.
A restuarant I like to frequent makes creme brulee with spirits in it (tahitian rum, lemoncello etc.). I've never tasted a desert so good!
I'd like to try duplicating this at home. I was thinking that I should add the spirits just before pouring into ramekins. Does this make sense, or is there a reason to add it at a different timing?

Rouxbe is really wonderful. I've worked in software for a number of yearsnow, and I've got to say it's extremely rare to see such a great concept.
Technology's promise is to improve the quality of all of our lives, and
Rouxbe definitely delivers - the proof is on my dinner plate!
