Excellent tastes!

This was a wonderful dish.
I have to remember to watch the heat of the pan as it got a bit smoky on me, but all in all a very tasty meal!
We also loved the orzo. The flavor of the lemon and mint in the orzo balanced the robust flavor of the saltimbocca.

Clean and Fresh Flavors

I paired this with the Chicken Saltimbocca as suggested and the clean flavor of the orzo paired wonderfully with the saltiness of the chicken.
My wife and I had it cold the next day for lunch and it was just as delicious!
This is dish is excellent and so easy to prepare!

Awesome!

I made these tomatoes and the flavor was intense and delicious!
I served them with a nice pan seared Arctic Char and my guests went nuts over them!
I stored them as suggested and after a day or two I sliced them up and tossed them with some capellini for an easy and yummy dinner during the week.

Thanks for a super recipe and easy to prepare as the previous poster mentioned.

Intense Flavor!

I guess I never realized how spicy black peppercorns are, but my despite the spicy nature of this dish my wife and I both loved the flavors. I'll probably cut the pepper back a bit next time, but it's all a matter of personal taste.

I happened to have a couple of Rib eye steaks in the house so I used those and they worked very well.

I actually served this with some Chinese noodles and roasted broccoli. It was great!

Thanks!

Prep question

Can you use a stand mixer to incorporate all the ingredients or will that affect the consistency of the filling?

Superb as a side dish with fish

I served this tonight on top of an orange rosemary berre blanc sauce topped with a nice pan seared Arctic Char which is fast becoming our favorite fish!

Very nice!
