Hi I've been waiting!

Hi My name is Elizabeth. I'm really not young! I'm an avid gardener and have always loved to cooked. I'm so excited to learn about all the sauces and the herbs! I started an herb garden this year in anticipation of having my own herbs. I am sure hoping to get to use some of these! And, maybe, I'll even learn what some of these are used in! I did do several of your introductory courses you had on site while we were waiting. I've been practicing those cutting techniques. I was also sick of cutting myself! I need more practice...hurry!
I'm so excited. I have told everyone I know. I believe I have at least 3 friends who have enrolled just because I just can't shut up about this!

What is Bailey?

I watched the video about Herbs de provence. She said Rosemary, Marjoram (spelling), Thyme, Basil, and Bailey???. She also said the better ones include lavender and fennel seeds. I have all these herbs except Bailey in my herb garden and would love to figure out how to make my own!

Olives here also

I also hate olives, green or black. I can taste them on every part of a dish they are cooked in. Normally, on pizza I can just pull them off but I can still taste them sometimes.
If I can have 2, I don't care for mushrooms. I know most people I know love both olives and mushrooms! It's really hard being Italian and not liking these two major ingredients! But for me, olives are the worst as they do have a much stronger flavor.

Dried dates

Yep, they sure are high in calories! But they sure stop the chocolate urge for me.
