Spelt phyllo

We used spelt phyllo from Wholefoods and instead of 3/4 cup butter, we used about 1 tablespoon of butter with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil. They turned out great, which was surprising since we also forgot the eggs! Can't wait to try it again WITH the eggs.

Holy crap this rocked the casbah!

This was superb! Due to my innability to ever follow a recipe exactly, I ended us using a big squirt of agave nector instead of palm sugar since I didn't have any palm sugar and I also cut out the salt as I find soy and oyster sauce is salty enough on their own. this recipe was totally easy and totally yum.

Super delicious (even with some changes to make it vegetarian and a bit lighter)

This dish is super delicious - and a great meal paired with a yummy field greens salad. To make it less rich, we used 1/4 cup of goat cheese, 1/2 the grated cheese, milk instead of cream, no bacon and it was STILL SUBLIME! Definitely will put in as a regular on the dinner list!
