the thing I've learned most with these classes is to be confident in my cooking skills. I now put together, the tastes I love...the only problem is that my husband doesn't always agree with my taste. I will definitely be entering this...thank you, this is brilliant!
I have a recipe ready to post for my homework assignment. Except I don't have any photos of the dish, and I'm not sure I will be able to make the dish again before the homework deadline. I have a temporary image of a soup bowl that I downloaded from the internet (royalty-free site). Is this okay? It's a fairly generic representation of what the soup would look like, and I can't post the recipe without an image.
We ask for photos to give people a sense of what they are making. If however, you can't do them in time, you can go ahead with your plan, but you might not get top marks :-)
Maybe next time you make the soup, you can add the photos to the recipe.
If you have any homework-related questions, fire away!
